If you drive past 10 Mountain Street in the next while, you’ll see construction underway.
Our building is getting some much-needed renovations, and we’re genuinely thankful for the work being done. A church building is more than bricks and beams; it’s where we gather week after week, where children run down the hallways, where coffee gets spilled and friendships get made. Taking good care of it is worth doing well, even when it means a bit of upheaval in the meantime.
And while the work happens, we have somewhere wonderful to be.
A warm welcome in Beamsville
The congregation of Vineyard Canadian Reformed Church has generously opened their building to us, and Lord willing, our first Sunday there is August 23.
We don’t take that kind of hospitality lightly. Sharing a building is no small thing — it means shuffling schedules, making room, and trusting another congregation with a space you’ve cared for. We’re grateful.

A few things to know before you come
Getting there. Hwy 8 is under construction right now, and honestly — it’s a bit of a mess. If you’re coming from town, your best route is Greenlane to Bartlett. Give yourself a few extra minutes that first Sunday, and don’t stress if you’re a little behind; there will be a seat for you.
In the parking lot. Our service times land right as Vineyard’s congregation is finishing up, so their cars may be heading out just as we’re pulling in. Please take it slow and keep an eye on the in and out driveways. A little patience goes a long way in a shared lot.
In the nursery. We’re guests in this building, and we want to be good ones — so please, no food in the nursery at all. Thank you, parents.
Same family, new address
If you’ve been thinking about visiting us, please don’t let the change of address put you off. Nothing about the welcome has changed.
We’ll keep you posted on how things are coming along at Mountain Street. Until then, we’ll see you at 4628 John Street.
